I've lost money in the past few months, but the way I look at it, it would be foolish to pull it out now. My reasoning is this: if you buy a steady stock in 2008 and you plan to have it 10-15 years, then by 2018 or 2023 you should have made money on said stock. Not always the case, but I'm just gonna ride it out and if I lose it all I lose it all.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
No sense in pulling it out, especially when you are going to be penalized for it. I may cut down on how much I am putting in a little bit though.
